Exodus Behavioral Health and Exodus Recovery Services is an outpatient, community-based agency specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. Our offices in Harrisburg, Sweet Home, and Springfield serve clients in Lane and Linn Counties, including Eugene, Springfield, Cottage Grove, Elmira, Junction City, and surrounding areas.
Starting with a comprehensive assessment, Exodus offers client-centered services from a group of clinicians with a range of experience and expertise, each of whom is credentialed and under supervision. The goal of our professional practice is to enhance the quality of life for our clients through providing trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health, substance use, and addiction recovery services. We also encourage personal growth and creativity in our clinicians and office staff, understanding that what we want for our clients is also what we want for ourselves.
We provide individual and group counseling, assessment, and referral to higher levels of care for motivated and/or mandated individuals. Our alcohol and drug programming combines the latest in evidence-based therapies on both an individual and group basis.
Outpatient therapy can also be helpful following inpatient substance use treatment to support the next phase of your growth in recovery. At Exodus, we recognize addiction as a chronic disease and our Co-Occurring Disorders Program addresses the complex nature between substance use, mental health, and recovery.
We provide clients who are assessed as requiring higher levels of care with referral to detoxification and/or residential services. We also can arrange referrals to housing, medical, vocational, and mental health services when appropriate. Our case management services include assisting clients to meet mandates of the courts, parole and probation, and child welfare (DHS), including reporting progress in treatment when authorized by the client. In addition, Exodus Behavioral Health is the only agency in the area certified to assess, educate, and provide follow-up planning for DOT-mandated employees through our SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) Program
